To empower rural communities in Uganda by enabling farmers to sustainably produce and profit from agriculture, thereby improving livelihoods and increasing access to essential social services such as education and healthcare.
Strategic objectives
COSMA’s strategic objectives focus on sustainable agriculture, access to finance, vocational training, and educational support, ensuring holistic development for farming communities.
Organize 50 new village cooperatives by 2027, providing agricultural production support and financing to rural farming households in Uganda to increase productivity and financial stability.
Provide educational scholarships for 50 children and equip 200 youths and women with vocational skills that lead to decent employment opportunities by 2027.
Strengthen COSMA’s institutional capacity to ensure effective service delivery through enhanced governance, sustainable administrative systems, and accountability mechanisms by 2027.
