George is the Director of Programs and Finance at the Cosma Sustainable Rural development. He was a principal contributor to the registration of Cosma foundation in 2010. He has 7 years of experience in cohesive program implementation cutting across marketing systems in water and sanitation, Agriculture and livelihood and Microfinance in 8 Districts of Uganda.
Prior to Joining Cosma full time, he has worked with international NGOs like Educate! Uganda, GOAL Ireland, Water for People where in all his job responsibilities, he established enterprise based solutions for development challenges in Agriculture, education, water and sanitation, he has trained development partners, Private Sector Enterprises and Government agencies.
His professional interest focuses on market based approaches for sustainable development programs. George holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Makerere University and trained in different skills of social entrepreneurship, business mentorship and market systems programs.
